1. About the Service
From the Future is a creative, personalised letter-writing service designed to offer reassurance and encouragement to teenagers during exam season or other transitional moments. The content is for emotional support only and is not intended to replace professional mental health guidance or therapy.
2. Use of Information
By completing the questionnaire, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and shared with the consent of the young person’s parent or guardian. All responses will be used solely to inform the creation of the personalised letter and will not be stored, shared or used for any other purpose.
3. Safeguarding
Letters are written with care, respect and sensitivity. However, as the service is creative in nature, I rely on the information provided to ensure suitability. If a young person is experiencing significant mental health difficulties, this service is not a substitute for professional support. If I feel the request is not appropriate or raises safeguarding concerns, I reserve the right to refund and decline the order.
4. Creative Discretion
While every effort is made to include relevant personal details, not all questionnaire answers may appear in the final letter. This allows the message to feel natural and cohesive. By placing an order, you agree to this creative flexibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of the product, returns or refunds are not offered unless the letter has been significantly delayed or damaged in the post. If you are unhappy for any reason, please do get in touch. I want this to be a positive experience for both you and your teen.
6. Delivery & Timelines
Letters are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving the completed questionnaire. Please allow additional time for postal delivery, especially during busy periods.

All letters are original and created for the recipient only. Please do not reproduce or publish the content without permission.
